Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. CompEdge is provided by Nayrix Software Solutions ("Nayrix", "we", "our" or "us"). This policy explains, in plain terms, what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to provide CompEdge:
- your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in;
- the briefs you create and the details you enter for them;
- your plan, credits and purchases;
- basic usage and device information, such as your browser type and how the product is used.
We never see or store your full card details. We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in, and we do not use advertising cookies.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve CompEdge, process your payments, keep your account secure, and support you whenever you get in touch.
3. Your briefs
Your briefs are private to your account. Only you can see them, and you can delete any brief from History at any time. Deleting your account deletes all of your briefs.
We never sell your personal information, and we never use your briefs to train AI models.
4. Trusted service providers
A small number of trusted service providers help us run CompEdge, for example to host the service and process payments. They handle information only on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations and with appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
5. Signing in with Google
When you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile and email address. CompEdge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove CompEdge's access at any time from your Google Account settings.
6. Business outreach
We may occasionally email businesses about CompEdge using business addresses they have publicly listed, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and account data is restricted so that each person can see only their own records. If a data breach ever affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent at any time. Please note that without your consent we will not be able to keep your account active. You may also nominate someone to make these requests on your behalf.
To make a request, please email compedge@nayrix.com from the address on your account, and we will respond within 30 days.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can raise a grievance with our grievance officer at compedge@nayrix.com, and if you are not satisfied with our response, with the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children
CompEdge is designed for professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page, and we will let signed-in users know before any significant change takes effect.
